NSP2 Consortium Member

Pontchartrain Park Community Development Corporation ("PPCDC") is part of the New Orleans Neighborhood Stabilization Phase 2 (NSP2) Consortium (NOC Consortium). The New Orleans Consortium is a partnership between 11 experienced non-profits, the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) and a green building consultant. The NOC Consortium was awarded $29.7M to conduct comprehensive redevelopment through the rehabilitation and new construction of new homes throughout a variety of neighborhoods across the city. Pontchartrain Park CDC received $ 1.7M of the total to perform new housing construction. Our new homes will range in size from 1,000 sf and up.

Pontchartrain Park CDC will be performing these activities in the historical Pontchartrain Park neighborhood located in the Gentilly community. Our Design & Sales Center is open daily Mon thru Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm; and Saturday & Sunday between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. The center is located at 4118 Prentiss Avenue in Pontchartrain Park. Please stop by to get specific details on our program and take a tour. Our homes will meet or exceed LEED Silver certification as well as the Builder's Challenge criteria.
